To All Who Were Involved:
I write this letter with a heavy heart, yet with immense gratitude. The recent fatal fire incident in our community has left us all shaken, but your unwavering commitment and bravery have not gone unnoticed. Jeannette, a place we call home, witnessed a devastating loss—the lives of four children and their father. In the midst of chaos and flames, you stood tall, battling the inferno, risking your own safety to save others. Your selflessness and dedication are nothing short of heroic. As the smoke cleared and the flames subsided, another critical phase began—the aftermath. It is during this time that your actions continue to make a difference. You ensured the safety of responding personnel and the public, allowing the necessary investigations to unfold. Your professionalism and attention to detail will aid in determining the cause of the fire. On behalf of myself, City Council, and the residents of the City of Jeannette, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your timely response to the tragic fire on Guy Street. Your assistance was greatly appreciated in our time of need. God Bless you all. Sincerely, Curtis J. Antoniak Mayor of Jeannette
